Constitutional Act on State Independence was adopted on December 16, 1991, and a new state appeared on the political map of the world — the Republic of Kazakhstan, which celebrates its 25 anniversary this year. Independence was the turning point in the life of Kazakhstan, it has opened vast opportunities for economic advancement, social and cultural development of the country.
