The Caspian region currently plays an important role in the global energy market, given its vast resource base. Kazakhstan, in turn, has a high potential to become one of the energy market’s leading players in the realization of untapped oil and gas reserves.

The first SPE Annual Caspian Technical Conference and Exhibition organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers was held in the exhibition center "Korme" in Astana from 12 to 14 November 2014.

The event allowed the world's and Kazakhstan’s leading companies working in the oil and gas industry to establish a dialogue with a view to expand the mutually beneficial cooperation.

One of the mechanisms for realization of this dialogue was the linguistic company Neotech Global, which translators have successfully completed trilingual simultaneous translation from English into Russian and Kazakh languages and vice versa at the four plenary and technical sessions dedicated to the problems of oil and gas industry in the Caspian region.

Thanks to the high professionalism of Neotech Global specialists, the event participants were able to exchange valuable experience and ideas, discuss current problems in this sphere, examine troubling issues and present their own unique solutions.
